Broadband and phone companies owe £10m in refunds
At least £10m is owed by communications companies to around two million customers who have switched providers, Ofcom has said. The telecommunications regulator , which has gathered data from landline, mobile, broadband and pay TV providers over the past two years, found people often do not realise their accounts are in credit or refund claims are not honoured.
