Where can I can watch live nba games online for free?

I want to watch nba games live but I don't have cable anymore. Is there a way I can watch them online for FREE? or at least reruns of the entire game and not just 5 minute clips? please no websites that require me to purchase software/hardware/subscriptions/initial fees.
