Where can I get free games and ringtones for my palm centro using no internet?

I want to be able to get free games and ring tones for my palm centro, but I do not have internet access on my phone.

    You have to have internet to download it i think. If you go to www.myxer.com, register your phone, it will send ringers to your phone. They are user made, and 100% free. send the ringer to your phone, a text will show up and tellyouto down load. but i think you have to have internet
