other poster's question, because it was EXACTLY what I was trying to ask,, I want to sell baked goods online, but the answerer kindly answered that we need "food handler's license at the minimum and liability insurance" to sell baked goods online. I googled it, but nothing much came up re: how to obtain it. If anyone knows anything (how we can get it), could you pls kindly answer me...? Thank u v much!

you can obtain your food handlers license at your local health dept I would then ask them who to contact about insurance
