How many calories do you(personally) burn in a "good workout"?
Question by live for today: How many calories do you(personally) burn in a "good workout"? so basically my question for you is: what would you consider a good workout (in terms of calories burned)?
Well usually when I go on the elliptical machine I work off about 150 calories after 20 minutes of going as fast as I can. Of course without flinging myself off the machine. It only allows you to go so fast. Well mine at least. I think more could be burned off though through weight training. Not sure how much though. Probably like 50 or something more.
1000, at least according to my treadmill. I'm not sure how many calories that is in real life, but it's the standard I go by to tell when I'm finished. Usually takes about 2 hours of running/briskly walking to reach it.

ReplyDeleteFor me a good workout I will burn about 1000 calories or more... anything less and I feel like a failure
