Well it almost matters. You and I will not burn the same about of calories from the same thing. I really wouldn't worry on how many it burns; just keep doing it for a few months and see if you get results. If you feel like your working hard and getting something out of it then its doing its job.

If your looking to lose weight just make sure your doing this with a low cal/low fat diet and you will lose weight easily. And the health way too; not crashing or fasting.
