How do you download free games and apps for 2 Generation ipod touch 8gb, 2.2.1 firmware?

I've been trying to download games and apps for ever. I jailbroken the ipod touch, and i went on youtube.com and looking on the easiest way to download games and apps for free, but its just too hard. what the easiest way to download apps and games for your ipod touch. The iPod store has free games but are any of them for the 3rd generation nano?

I want some games but I dont WANT to buy any. I mean yes, I will buy some if I have to but if there are any cool free ones for the nano then I would love to have em.

i think that it is 3rd generation. (its the fat nano.) Ive been looking for them on itunes, but the only free apps. & games i can find are for the iphone&itouch.
