I mean that sensationally falsetto "Carioca" song, sung by a female singer. It cracks me up every time. Did she do more stuff like that? Who is she?

This is the opening credits to Kids Incorporated pilot movie "Kids Incorporated: The Beginning". This was actually filmed BEFORE season 1 and BEFORE Kids Incorporated was even picked up for a series.
