I'm not sure if understood what you meant.But most of beaches in Rio(and brazil) you do have to be wearing at least a bikini or speedo.This is law.But as anywhere in the world,you can go to nude beaches if you want to.

  3. In rio most of the beaches you do have to wear at least a bikini however most of the hot girls down there specially in Ipanema go topless sometimes.
