On "workout", the women clients usually can be seen wearing these necklaces when working out with the trainers. It looks like a silver disc with a hole in the middle with the black string looped around on it. Joanna Krupa was wearing one when she was on the show.

it is more than likely a little weight charm(the kind you put on a bar) to keep them motivated idk
