Are there any online mass mutliplayer games that i can play with out downloading them?

I'm board with runescape and i hate how my computer can never download games online game like mapplestory, so if you can give me suggestion on a good game i don't have to download i would appreciate it.

What video card should I purchase to play games like Mass Effect 2 on good settings?

I stopped playing PC games for a few years and I recently bought a new system. The system is great, but the only thing lacking is a great video card. The stock card it came with is an ATI Radeon HD 3200, and it simply does not play modern games. What card should I buy (decently priced) to play modern games like Mass Effect 2, and in the future Star Wars: The Old Republic, on good settings? By good settings I mean medium-high quality.
