Is it possible to play PS2 games online on a PS3?

I've recently gotten sick of my 360 and am thinking of trading all of it in for a PS3, but what I wanna know is if you can play PS2 games online on the PS3.

For some strange reason I want to watch the game from a few years ago where the Patriots played the Bills on Sunday night football. It's the one where Tedy Bruschi came back from his stroke. Does anybody know where I could watch games like this online? I already tried YOUTUBE and google video, so if you have anything else please tell me!

Is it possible to play PC games online using a wireless network?

I am looking to play pc games like WOW and Counter Strike Source online. The problemis that I connect to the internet through a wireless network with a high speed connection. Somethies the reception isnt that great(like 11 Mbps). Would this cause a lot of lag issues while gameing?
