Is There Any Way I Can Get Free Games With a Samsung SCH-a870 Verizon Phone?

Ok I have had this a870 phone for about two months and the whole time I've had it I couldn't get Get It Now to work. It keeps saying it can't access the catalog. So Because of that, and that I don't want to pay for them, I want to know how to get free games on it. I've looked high and low on how to do it but i couldn't find anything.
