DENVER - A voicemail has surfaced in which Bay Buchanan, Tom Tancredo's campaign manager, can be heard inviting Dan Maes to come to the negotiating table, apparently contradicting the Tancredo campaign's statements this week that they have not been looking to make a deal to get the embattled GOP nominee to quit the governor's race.

I have T-mobile. My question is does it cost to send someone a voicemail?
Like my buddy didn't pick her phone up so it went on voicemail and I left one for her.
1. Does it cost me to leave a voicemail?
2. Does it cost me if I call someone but they don't pick up (No voicemail. )
3. Does it cost me to listen to someone's voice message? Like if someone leaves me one?
