What does it mean "Going of your parents car insurance?"?

Question by TheDude: What does it mean "Going of your parents car insurance?"?
I heard that you can register the car to my parents car insurance and it will be loads cheaper for myself, but its apparently fraud?
What could happen?
If I crash my car should I just leave it and run?

Do I also need to make the masculine and feminine words clear. For example, since there are boys and girls in my class, would I say, "Su niño(a) es fantastico(a)!"
Or could I just say, "Su niño es fantastico!"

You can use the masculine form.

You might also want to consider some reminders, such as "El congreso continento voto por Ingles, no por Espagnol".
