Operating the WB-1100 Wheel Balancer from UnitedProducts






UnitedProducts Presents Operating the WB-1100 Wheel Balancer www.americanautomotiveequipment.com Text transcription: Power on - switch behind the unit Determine the wheel size and type Remove old weights Insert the cone whose size is suited to the wheel hub Snap on the cup to prevent damage to the wheel Mount wheel on balancer and apply the cup Make sure the speed nut is twisted on tightly a = distance from balancer to inside of rim Measure the distance using the tape measure Set the distance on the panel using the "a" up / down arrows b = width of rim Measure the rim width using calipers Set the rim width on the panel using the "b" up / down arrows d = diameter of rim Read the rim diameter as printed on the tire Set the rim diameter on the panel using the "d" up / down arrows Lower the hood - wheel will spin for 10 seconds Display shows the weight to add on inside and/or outside rims, "Inside" = left rim, "Outside" = right rim Manually rotate the tire until all 5 "Unbalance Position" LEDs are lit Important!
