Can my North American Xbox 360 work in New Zealand? and can i buy american games online overthere?

im going to get converters so the power can work over there but will it work? and will i be able to buy american xbox games over there via online like ebay or amazon?

    Yes it will work of course but it wont have all the american games on it but it will have most its barley any difference.
