Can you download the free games for the ipod touch without having an itunes account?

Hey - I just got an ipod touch for christmas. And i wann download the free games that are available BUT I cannot create a bloody apple ID or whatever because i dont have a credit card. Is there another way to get the free games? thank you in advance.
