Question by beams: Can you tell me how to configure a VoIP phone adapter (Linksys PAP2T)?
I am based in Cebu, Philippines, I need a VoIP phone adapter to minimize by phone billing. I need to buy VoIP phone adapter but I don't know how to configure. I need an international call especially Japan. Please tell so that I can buy now the Linksys PAP2T model.
