Does the LG enV phone have any kind of way to play free games?

I'm getting a LG enV cell phone soon, and I was wondering if there was any way to put games on it? Like, download a free (perhaps homebrew) game from my PC and use a USB cord to transfer the game to the phone. I would much rather get some small free games and apps instead of wasting my money.
