Fault Lines extra - California voices - Health rights advocate

California is in fiscal crisis and Governor Schwarzenegger has a radical plan to balance the budget by slashing government spending. Fault Lines speaks to Jim Mangia, director at the St John's Center. An advocate for health and human rights in LAs poorest neighborhoods, Mangia runs a network of 12 community clinics that serve primarily uninsured and undocumented people.
