Is it legal to use atdhe and justin.tv to watch NHL games for free?

The NHL doesn't get much of any television exposure outside cable TV, which I do not have access to. I watch some of the free games on Yahoo Sports, which has a great service for free NHL games. I assume that what they are doing is legal since Yahoo is a well-known site and would get shut down by lawyers if it were doing something illegal. But are sites like atdhe legal for watching games, or would I get sued for watching the streams on those sites?

    Its the website that wud be in trouble if caught. You dnt need to worry. These sites pop up all the time they usually get shut down eventually by the authorities and then sum more will pop up. I like atdhe though i watch english premier league on it.
