Where to buy games online for an American living in Italy?

Hello I moved to Italy a few months ago and have an NTSC region coded console. I buy my games online (New egg, Amazon) and It works okay, except that I get new releases weeks late and it's kind of frustrating. Does anyone have any tips on how to get games day and date here for my console? Maybe a website that ships NTSC games from a location in Europe or something?
