He should build a full-scale mock-up of the cockpit, with all controls -- like a simulator -- and link them by radio control to a little robot "driver" that could be put in his scale model. Put a small video camera on the front of the car, a HD video monitor in front of the simulator, and drive around.
Ferrari should put this in there plant where they build them for show. And give this guy a real one, he is loaded with talent. I'm suprised Ferrari has not contacted him. He deserves it. What a work of art.
I agree with the last comment... These are what dreams are made of. Someone once told me if you see it go and get it, if you want make it happen. I am wowed by what I just saw in this video.
I thought I had a profound, a trully admirable passion for motorsport... but when I compare myself to this man, I feel boring and silly. His love and attention to detail have managed to make tears run down my cheeks. Bravo.
and this by far the most amazing replica I have ever seen, Ferrari has been part of the dreams of thousands of motoring enthusiasts, some time ago when I saw this video for the first time it was impossible not to move me deeply I love to replicate in scale with real functionality and know how to play and extremely difficult pieces without the original designs using only photos, only as an example to recreate the tire so he had to manufacture their own way and vulcanize the rubber itself
the least that Ferrari should do and invite him to visit the factory of gifts and fill it up maybe even give a real to him and invite him also to the auto show, that would be invaluable for a fan like him ... and the saddest thing he is selling the original to the second project, may God continue illuminating his talent
@slickstrings Yes there are wight issues, it would be a problem, you need a car built for the engine. It would be heavy and fast supercar, but more like a Veryon well balanced, heavy and Quad turbos and very expenses, I have no money, i think it is $26000 just build a the "H1 V8" which is two Hayabusa I4, i am going to see who much it cost to build a K20Z3 4.0L V8 Twin Turbos (800 HP). I want to drop it in a NSX with a blown motor.
I want one! Anyone got a spare $15-20 million? (i realize they are in the 250-500 thousand range) BUT I would like to drive it and use the car. I would also like to actually be able to keep it. 15-20 million would give me enough to invest and sustain a ferrari the rest of my life.
God I love Ferraris, since I will never be able to afford one I tried entering a competition for a driving day. If you win, I will automatically hate you. But post a video please. Oh, google makeandmodel and look for the blog, its week 4 right now.
Fairest drivers it,.1Kubica..2.Hamilton ...3.Vettel .4.Alonso.......... 5..Button.6Rosberg7.Schumacher 8.Masa....
ReplyDeleteThis guy should become Enzo Ferrari's step son. Anyone who can reverse engineer a Ferrari is beyond genius.
ReplyDeleteYou could probably sell that and buy a real Ferrari, but I know I wouldn't :P

ReplyDeleteToo bad they don't sell these as crate engines....I would be all over it like white on rice, stuffing it in some wacky custom tube chassis car.
ReplyDeletemade in italy..
ReplyDeleteFuck JDM.... sorry i needed to take it out of my system...lol
