College of Notre Dame to become a university
BALTIMORE — The College of Notre Dame (NOH'-truh DAHM') of Maryland will soon drop "college" from its name and replace it with "university." The women's Roman Catholic college announced Tuesday that beginning this fall, it will be known as Notre Dame of Maryland University.
