SAFER debates California initiative to legalize marijuana
SAFER Executive Director Mason Tvert appears on CNN to discuss Proposition 19, the initiative that would control and tax marijuana in a fashion similar to alcohol. The debate is centered around the alcohol industry's recent contribution to the campaign to defeat the marijuana legalization initiative. An opponent of the initiative -- a communications consultant for hire -- tries to defend the No on Prop. 19 campaign.
