What do you expect when you get your car "detailed"?

Question by Christine: What do you expect when you get your car "detailed"?
I'm starting a little car detailing "business" in my neighborhood, going to people's houses to clean up their car. Right now, I vaccum, shampoo the carpets, wash and wax the car, and wash the windows. Is their anything I should add? What do you expect when you go and get your car "detailed?"

  1. Rims and tires. When I get my big truck detailed I expect my 20" chrome rims to reflect like a mirrior, plus the sidewalls of my 35" tires should be shining too. I think that can really make a car/truck stand out. Also using some kind of wipes on the dash/interface/middle console can really make a difference.
